She managed to provide simple but highly efficient solutions and recommendations to deal with my problems and helped me to explore different perspectives on certain issues. She is very professional and I would highly recommend booking a session with her.

She was very empathetic, patient and understanding. By allowing me to talk and the way she asked questions helped me figure out things for myself by being guided in the right direction. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommed her as a great therapist.

Going to see Rachel was the best thing I've ever done for myself, I 100% recommend! She is patient and very open in her approach. I found it very easy to open up to her. I've learnt and grown so much since my first visit. I'm in a much better place now, but I always make it a point to check in with her atleast once a year. I always leave her rooms with a new take away. The staff at 1 Laubsher are very friendly as well and the booking service is very efficient. Also try out the Homeopath services over there when you pay them a visit.
