Individual Therapy
Individual therapy , which is sometimes also called “psychotherapy” or “counselling” is a process through which an individual works one-on-one with a trained therapist—in a safe, caring, and confidential environment.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy (or couples counselling) is a process through which a couple (who may dating, engaged, married, partnered ) works with a trained therapist to identify specific areas of conflict and/or aspects of their relationship they would like to explore, change or develop.

Family Therapy
We all start life within a family. We learn how to interact with others and love from these first important relationships. Like any other relationships we forge beyond these, family may struggles to connect, communicate or navigate past a major life challenges or changes.

I am Rachel Molongoana, a HPCSA (Health Professions Council of South Africa) and BHF (Board of Healthcare Funders) registered Counselling Psychologist in private practice.
I have a passion for mental health and have worked in the field in different scopes including non-profit and corporate. I have worked for various mental health and human development organisations, including the South African Depression and Anxiety Group (SADAG), the Centre for Psychological Services and Career Development (PsyCAD) as well as ICAS Southern Africa.
